We are a family of 4. My kids always loved their chicken fries. I didn’t want a whopper so I ordered so I order a Jr whopper. We got home with our food to realize that it was cold, my Jr whopper was the size of a kid cheese burger, we had no bbq sauce & our tea was warm. I’ll never go back!!

I don’t even want to give one star. This place is ghetto. Yes, I said ghetto. The employees are rude, unprofessional and snappy. I bought 8pc nuggets for my 4 yr old and they were COLD. They were SOGGY. I asked for another sauce and the employee at the window ignored me. When I asked again, she tried to charge me for another sauce and got snappy like I was bothering her. Everyone knows you get 2 sauces with more than 4 nuggets. Then I asked for a manager and as I was explaining to her the whole ordeal she turned her back on me. She did end up getting me a sauce but it was the mannerism that had me heated . I’m a very lenient person, and I try to give grace but this has happened multiple times at this location and I’ve had enough. They have not gotten any better. I WOULD NOT recommend this store to ANYONE!!!! 0 stars ⭐️

I love love love Burger King I go almost everyday and I always get the best service specially here recently you can tell they got more help up there now because the service is so fast nd the food is always fresh they did have a rough time there for a little bit but you can definitely tell the differences I’ll be going back for the melts they brought back 🙂 good job Burger King in Jesup

Went through the drive thru. Ordered one combo got rang up for 2. Got to the window and told the guy at the window I just wanted one combo and he said don’t know what to tell you. I said what do you mean? And he said imma have to ring it up again. I said that’s fine. He walks away comes back and rings it up I pay and what not. He just hands my card back and I ask for a receipt and he laughs. Literally laughs in my face. I pull up to get my food and ask for a manager and a lady at the window said she’s one and told her what happened and all she could say was yes ma’am while other employees are surrounding the window listening and laughing. My food is cold and the sweet tea tastes like soap was put in. Never go here!

I have to say burger King here is nothing like it use to be. Even after closing and remodeling this place is still stuck downhill. Food is always messed up somehow. Food looking like the picture is way off. Its more of a quick throw together something cold food. I’m not saying I expect my burger loaded but pinch of lettuce shred 1 pickle (order heavy also) 1 thick onion slice and 2 small mushy tomatoes. Come on..it is not that hard!!

The order was wrong. The fries were dried up and cold as we asked for onion rings. There was no pickles on the whoppers at all and we didn’t ask for our pickles to be removed at all . The whoppers look like big cheeseburgers with a little lettuce and flat tomatoes with quite a few onions. We asked for no mayo on the chicken sandwiches but yet we were given mayo. I spent 55.00 dollars for 4 people. What the hell has happened to the quality of BK. I will not be supportive of this local franchise
