Moultrie Burger King has an INABILITY to make orders as requested! I am not sure I have EVER ordered from here and had it right. Tonight’s order included a Jr whopper with cheese and no ketchup. What that became was a whopper Jr extra extra ketchup and not a single napkin in the bag to wipe it off. Luckily for you, I just HATE ketchup, because if I were allergic your business could be facing a MAJOR lawsuit. With all of the food allergies out there, I am honestly shocked it hasn’t happened yet. Not to worry, your super special employees will get you there soon enough. Burger King used to be “have it your way” now it seems to be “you’ll pay for and eat whatever the eff I feel like putting in your bag”. Ridiculous

A couple negative experiences to share. First we stopped in for lunch to find the whole staff so wrapped up in conversation that they didn’t even realize we were at the counter. When my husband finally as able to cut through the chatter to let our presents be know, a lady who I can only assume was in charge became very aggregated and rude saying they were in the middle of shift change. My husband asked if that meant we couldn’t order, her reply was to snort and walk away. Second dinning room is still isn’t open til 8am.

I was offered to speak to a supervisor and told to pull to the window. I pull up to a window full of women who seemed to be expecting some kind of world star fight between the supervisor and I. Ridiculous! I simply asked what was on their value menu since the prices weren’t correct. The supervisor says they don’t have one, that everything is more than a dollar ‍♀️ I again say but I don’t need it to be a dollar, I just want to know what’s on the value menu. She says we don’t have one. Then proceeds to walk over to the menu, says it’s called “Value your way” then reads me everything from the value menu with a nasty attitude Get it together Burger King and for crying out loud hire some people who know how to be respectful
