Absolute trash of a restaurant. 4 years ago when we moved here this BK was the best fast food joint on this side of town. Fast, kind, and insanely clean. We come here for the playground and that’s it now. This isn’t a one time thing, trash overflowing trash cans, tables never wiped down, trash across tables everywhere, water/soda on floors, bathrooms filthy, drink station is a mess. So disappointing from what it once was… just take pride in what you do. It’s not hard.

Drive thru experience is pathetic. Every time I’ve had to wait to order and extremely slow in giving out good at the window. Be prepared to wait 15-20 mins if you have 3 or 4 cars ahead of you. Also I’ve had wrong orders and missing items from my order. Worst BK experience

Drove up through the open lane and had to alert the worker doing their after hours closing clean up to get a response before I drove around again to make a late night order. I saw other cars driving up and leaving. I only gave it two stars because they actually took my order during working hours. It seems the workers are too burnt out to work the late night shift, so change your hours to close earlier.

I really wished my co-workers didn’t mess up my phone so I could include a picture in this but I ordered nuggets earlier today and I’ve never seen a more poor excuse for a nugget in all my life. It’s the most shriveled up and sad looking piece of processed meat and honestly if I wasn’t so busy at work I’d go back to get a refund. Never in my life have I been so turned off by food or a fast food place. Definitely and irrevocably done with fast food.

This is just one of the worst run fast food establishments you’ll ever encounter. I come here more than I’d like because they are close and convenient to work. They are slow, they get things wrong, they don’t repeat your order to you in the drive thru, the totals never match the menu prices, the list goes on and on. Want napkins inside the bag? Too bad. You can order a basic combo and they’ll look at you like you just ordered a Rubik’s cube. The management and training here must be extremely suspect because there is no main issue, it’s the entire place that has issues. They’ll run out of fries and not even start making more until they realize they’re out because somebody ordered, and that’s without them even being crowded. If there are 20 cars in line at Chick-fil-A and 2 cars at this BK, you’ll still get out quicker from CFA. There honestly isn’t a single thing that this BK does well. I’m surprised by a new thing going poorly on almost every trip.

The cashier inside was very friendly. The woman playing the orders, to me was friendly, but she was not friendly to the other gentleman who was eating in there. The gentleman placed his order first. While we were waiting for our older, the gentleman (who was bald with no facial hair) took a bite out of his sandwich, and in that first bite was a long hair. He brought it back to the woman who was passing out for to show her and she made it seem like it was his doing. Again, the man was bald). Thankfully she did give him a new sandwich and we checked our food before we left.

I have been to this BK several. Each time, I wonder, will they get my order right? Answer is no, I have never got order right, I ask no mayo or ketchup. I get both. It’s always something. I even told them about it before I get my order still wrong.

I had some of the best customer service from here. The staff is extremely friendly and inviting. There is a large indoor playground for the kids and there is lots of seating around the playground that include large booths and other tables. The atmosphere has that real modern look and feeling, especially the lights throughout. The food is always hot and delicious. They also keep this place really clean. I will continue to keep coming back here.

Best indoor playground in Columbus-size, attraction, and especially the parent seating. Good and responsive staff, accessible (a red light conveniently at the entrance), excellent soda machine (above other fast food restaurants, more in line with what you’s find at five guys). Highly recommend to parents of young children particularly during hot days of summer and cold weather, when playing outside is not an option. Also has a nice “bar” with stools and charging ports for a coffee while doing some work on laptop.
