Okay, so I don’t normally write any bad reviews for any restaurants or places that me and my family visit. However, this location has got to be one of the worst experiences we have had at any fast-food restaurant. First of all, the employees were rude and simply stayed silent when we took our order and asked for ice on our cups because the soda machine was out of ice. This is disappointing for any restaurant because I have been treated with respect everywhere else, but it seems that the employees do not care about any sort of customer service here. The service was very slow, and it took us about ten minutes to get our order, even with two to three cars in the drive-thru and one other person in the lobby. The interior of the store is very dirty, with many bags on the metal shelves and the walls and the floors not being cleaned and are instead covered with many fingerprints. The fry station was dirty as well because there were many French fries all over the floor and none of the employees took the opportunity to clean up their area, when they should have done that when the store is not busy, which usually happens most of the day. I guess the only good thing is the food, with the flame-broiled burgers being good, but not quite as much as McDonald’s or Wendy’s in my opinion. As a result, we are done with this location and we will not do our business here. I highly recommend you to avoid this place at all costs and go to a different restaurant because the slow service, rude employees, and dirty atmosphere is completely unacceptable and not worth your time at all.

If I could give zero Stars I would. Sat at the intercom for 3 minutes no answer so I said hello…. still no answer. I did a mobile order and already paid so I had to talk to someone no matter what. So I drove around there were 5 cars parked. So I drove back around finally someone answered. Well it took 25min to get my food not including all the time before someone answered.

The lady in the drive thru once again is rude and makes it a point to move in super slow motion. She laughs while she treats the customers badly. I for one am stopping coming here after 2 visits and get the same person being rude and unprofessional. I have lived on this island my whole life and my whole huge family is from here. My grandfather had a restaurant on that very spot years ago. I told my family and friends about these experiences and hope they do not go there either to suffer her rudeness!!! Wish I could give negative stars just for her.

Slowest drive thru in the world. No one inside but 20 minutes for 3 cars to get thru drive thru at 2:15 pm on Aug 2, 2023. Get it together manager it go home!!
