Worst Burger King ever? Fries and Hash browns taste like 3 year old cooking oil. Dried up stale buns and nasty sausage patties – Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwhiches from your freezer are a better breakfast. You have to REALLY try to be this bad. I live next to the place and have tried it off and on hoping it gets better – never again. Not all Burger King restaurants are bad – this one is the WORST. Avoid at all costs.

Gave up on this place a long time ago and today decided to give it another try. Super friendly staff, great Whopper meal and fries. Got coke when asked for Sweet tea but that’s ok. Glad they’re back on track.

Don’t waste your time. I arrived at the drive-thru 30 mins before they closed. There was clearly someone in there, and how funny it was to watch him try try try with all his might to avoid looking towards the drive-thru. So I waited; just to see what he’d do. 5 mins. before they close and now and he finally looks up and makes a hand motion indicating that that they’re closed. Then refusing to open the window to even say anything, I basically had to tell him through the window to look at his new review on-line. It’s absolutely ridiculous that people like this can even have jobs. I’m actually glad I didn’t let this a-hat make me any food. I don’t want “whatever he has” getting on me. Headed to Whataburger 15 mins from here because I know they will do what they were hired to do. Thanks for being lazy! Hey, but at least you got to watch your shows!

Here’s my advice for the franchise owner of this location: offer customers a chance to get water boarded or a free lobotomy! I blame myself, I had horrible service the last time, my neighbors on Nextdoor have given multiple examples of how horrible the service is, and yet here I am placing another order only to be disappointed. Moe, Larry and Curly could operate this location better than the current staff. But hey, look at the upside, there’s no way you could launder any money through this operation, there are probably higher gross daily receipts at the dry cleaners. Where is Walter White when you need him?

Disgusting. I tried to order mini cinnabons one hour after they opened and they were out. So I opted for a sausage biscuit. i took a bit and my mouth filled with grease. the entire bottom half of the biscuit was saturated in grease. I couldn’t imagine working somewhere serving food and serve people inedible food. Ya’ll should be ashamed of yourselves. I work hard for my money and apparently ya’ll do not. Worthless is a word that comes to mind.

Staff was not in front. A cook had to find her for us and she was very unhappy to have to work. Barely spoke to us. Her name was Tonya. There was also no food ready and place was filthy, to include the counters where the cash registers are.

We actually live closer to another Burger King but we travel to this Burger King. The service is excellent. The food is hot. My order has always been accurate. I would like to extend a thank you to James Miller. Keep up the excellent service you provide. We will be back soon.

I’m not giving rating because the customer service. The only 2 people that seemed to be working all day on Saturday was trying to keep their cool while taking my order but you can tell this was stressing them out. It seemed that the gentlemen,( who I will not name) ,had to leave and pick his kids because he couldn’t leave at schedule time due to people not coming into work or they had no one scheduled. Yet he managed with another employee. It’s the management and higher ups that need to take this accountability. You want people to work but can’t provide decent environment for them to work. This isn’t only time I’ve seen this at this location. They’ve closed early due to lack staff or staff isn’t accountable to work the hours on week days and week ends. If you didn’t know customers have said hateful things to the employees because I was in line hearing it. So yeah as business owner locally I’d be taking care of the people that actually work and fire the ones that don’t. Change your process in hiring and the work environment.
