Went thru drve and placed order service ok,pick up order,read ticket it correct so I leave open up sandwich n it’s made wrong! Call store they say bring back food n receipt,which I did! Went thru drive,they said I had to come in,went inside manager apologized but would only replace the burger not the whole combo! So I asked for a refund,instead he gave me a chocolate pie!! Returned a2wks later and ordered the same combo and the burger was not made correctly,I asked the manager what’s with the sandwich maker,he stated she was having a bad day! I haven’t returned to that burger king

I ordered online there is no curbside pick. The app allowed me to pay and set-up a pick up time. Signs say dining room open. I got there and the first 3 times I knocked normally. Then thought they couldn’t hear me so I knocked louder. They would not come to the door. Granted there was a smaller sign on the restaurant door that the dining room was closed for staffing issues. The app allowed me to pay and schedule a time for pick-up in the lobby, nothing online stating they were closed in the dining area. When no one answered I walked around to the drive thru window, and THIS is where I lost it. The little man in the window said, we don’t do walk ups.. I told him I am not a walkup they aren’t answering the door and I ordered online. Said they can’t help me, I told them I already paid, he said that’s not their problem. So I said… Your company app let the order, pay, and schedule and you are REFUSING ME ANY SERVICE and that’s not your problem, well I just became that… He started screaming who knows what in a shrilling manner. I contacted the corporate office and they said they will handle that.
