I am disgusted with this place. I ordered the egg-normous burrito meal with a med coffee. What I assume was the manager took my order and not only did it take over 15-20 min, she stepped in and wrapped the burrito up because one of employees didn’t know how to. There is nothing wrong with this however she (the manager) didn’t wear any gloves after touching everything around the restaurant including walk in freezer and register. I was so grossed out that I tossed it in the trash. Never going to burger king again.

I was initially excited for the newer location on Dunn Avenue to open right next to my house but I find myself back in this location time and time again. I DO NOT recommend this location. I came here just on a lunch break because it was close and they didn’t have any customers (I see why now). I ordered just a classic cheeseburger whopper (I asked for no onions or pickles) w/ fries since I was told none of the drink machines weren’t working :/ For the amount of time I waited in the drive thru I would’ve assumed my order was correct and FRESH. WRONG!!! Order was incorrect and those fries tasted like they were out all shift. I definitely won’t eat here again.

Went through the drive thru , no one spoke to us for about 10 mins to even let us know if there was something wrong , then when they finally took our order she cut me off and didn’t even get me the chance to complete my order I had to order the rest at the window . Can’t really think of any other more frustrating and annoying experiences I’ve had at another fast food restaurant then this, walked in, 1 person in front of me and a few cars in the drive thru, had only 2 people working inside, took them 30 minutes just to take my order and I’m not even over exaggerating then they made all the burgers and realized they had no fries and I had to wait again for the fries to get done, from the moment in walked to the moment I sat done to eat took 42 minutes. It’s bad enough they only had 2 people working but they were also the slowest people I’ve ever seen, im giving a star extra rating because at least the lady taking my order was nice.

They were also the only Burger King that I have been to so far this month they had the black history calendars. Also they had recently had some type of inspection and the manager was telling them that they passed but they were -10 points. Over all they where good.
