The one in Jacksonville on Dunn Avenue has the best service. Mr. Bill Thomas and staff were wonderful. This location was clean and the food was fresh and hot. Horrible, service was bad and store was filthy. It’s a fairly new store too. There were about 4 other customers in the store. And it looked as if there were about 50, it was that dirty. The manager rolled her eyes when we walked up to the counter, and went to the back. It took about 10 minute for someone to take our order. Then another 15 minutes to get our food. On my way to Maryland, so I stopped to grab a meal and use the restroom, but the restrooms were very dirty. Drop of blood were on the floor, floors were dirty throughout the Burger King. The sink was so dirty that I thought it wasn’t safe for anyone to wash their hands. The Burger King had a not so pleasant scent when you entered. If this Burger King stays open, they truly need to tidy the place. My mother ordered ice cream and told me afterwards the customer service was terrible. Very disappointed, and I wouldn’t go to Burger King anywhere in Jacksonville, FL again.

I stopped by this Burger King on the way to South Carolina to use the restroom and grab a quick breakfast sandwich. The restaurant itself was very dirty and looked like it was not aging well. The staff was friendly and they got my food out fairly quickly, but I don’t think I would eat here on a regular basis. The restaurant needs an update pretty badly.
