The team members all had a good attitude & the cashier told us if we could not see the menu she would read it off to us…. That meant a lot to me because some people don’t have glasses that really need them so they can’t see the menus….. She was the first to ever ask me that at a fast food restaurant….. I came here 3 months ago and had a bad experience. I was hoping things would have changed, well they did… for the worse. First off, the drive-thru speaker, you can’t hear. Second, it took 20 minutes to get to the window. When I do get to the window, my order is completely wrong. He repeats 2 different orders, then the manager takes my order and still gets it wrong. I sit at the window another 15 minutes to get my food. I said before I would never come back here, and I mean it this time. I work outside, and this is the only place close by. I’ll starve before coming here again.

Very bad customer service on the drive thru attended with the bleached locs I order a jr bacon king sandwich meal and said a large Sweet Tea and they gave me a medium and the fries were also semi cold ♂️ ♂️

I go here for a quick meal when i work late. This time around even though i got the meal i asked for large fry and coke. When i got home and opened the bag the fry was a medium and the box was only half full with ice cold old fries. I mean if youre going to charge almost 13 dollars for a meal that use to be 8 dollars before covid make sure people get fresh hot food.

Food was amazing man!!!!!!! Like seriously it was fresh, the meat was cooked to the finest quality temp and not tough. I asked for no bacon but the bacon was cooked perfectly so i went with it. Customer service was great. Was kinda expensive but it was worth every dollar bro. You guys can take all my money if it means the food is this good everytime i will be back. Everyone who worked that day needs a raise seriously! Treat yall employees right man. I can tell yall have a good staff through the food quality. Keep it up yall seriously! Just went through drive-through trying to get the six Dollar Your way meal I was told that they no longer carry that. It’s just funny to me that every other Burger King within a 20 mile radius still carries it just let people know that you’re too lazy to make the meal not if you don’t sell it anymore will be speaking to corporate, and if I could give them a zero star rating I would.

Worst Burger King location I have ever been to. Ordered impossible Whopper lettuce only and was hard as a rock. Tasted like it had been sitting out all day. Tried to call store to complain and it goes straight to voicemail with the box full. I assume lots of other people complaining. Was willing to over look the fact that it took 18 minutes and there were only 2 cars in front of me. Do yourself a favor and just drive to a different restaurant. Even if it’s out of the way it will be faster.
