French fries are not great. I wish they were better. I did order the 2 for $5 chicken sandwiches and put light may and light ketchup with regular mustard. However, I got all mayo. A lot of it. The whopper was made just like I wanted. Employees were responsive, and quick to handle my online (BK APP) order.

Compared to Blanding (Jefferson and Kingsley) they BK is rocking it. The employees may not go all out like some places, but they are friendly enough. There is a functional menu for the drive through. The line moves decently along. The food was hot and made correctly.

2/11/23-Wrong prices charged in drive through. Drinks not filled and almost all ice. Diet Coke was disgusting and threw it out. Cashier had issue with me servuce dog. Never, ever again, will BK get my money. 2021 visit- Nicely mushed food to the point if not being appetizing. Out of ice quite often. Slow service that doesn’t seem too concerned about their clientele. Don’t ask questions, they don’t bother answering any questions, they just say “anything else?” Just plain out rude every time my son has dragged me here and said they’ve gotten better. No, they haven’t. Go to Whataburger next down the road, they are polite and concerned about customer experience.

This is by far the worst establishment I’ve ever visited. I waited in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes, just to make it to the speaker and be asked to hold and then hear the girl ask when her break was. You might want to let your staff know the headset doesn’t shut off and customers can hear everything. I left and went to McDonalds across the street, got my food and then sat and watched as the car that was behind me left the speaker as well. I watched a total of EIGHT cars waited and left while I was eating my food. All while your employees are visible in the second window checking their phones or playing around. And people want $15/hr for this job??? Please do yourself a favor and close or reevaluate who you hire. There is a reason your competition is flourishing and this restaurant is not. 0/5 stars, but I had to put a star just to post my review.

I believe, there is a lot to say for a fast food restaurant, that will serve good food and service 10 minutes before closing. This was my second time having an impossible whopper. This was my first time having the impossible whopper from this store. I was not asked if I wanted the burger on the grill or the microwave. It was a bit dry, so I believe it was in the microwave. The toppings where ok. I will say both times the burger & toppings where swallowed up by the buns. I adjusted the buns for my pictures. I was glad my fries where hot and fresh as well as the young lady at the window was professional and kind. That is super important to me.

We waited in line for over 25mins. We received the incorrect drinks and got attitude when asked for the correct ones. Then both drinks came back tasting like pinesol or some kind of cleaning chemical. Neither rodeo burger had cheese even though I paid the extra for it. And of course after waiting so long everything was cold… All around, this was terrible and I really hope this location works to do better because there are plenty of other options nearby.

I went in at 10:08 in the morning. When I ordered my breakfast I was told the manager stopped serving breakfast at least 20 minutes early. This is just the most recent example of why this burger king is horrible. Everytime I go the drink machines are always out of most of the selections and you better clear your schedule because the food takes forever to be completed.
