Managers close down drive through to smoke outside instead of focusing on proper training for their younger staff and restaurant cleanliness. Other team members make you go inside for orders vs the drive through for no reason in hopes that you will just leave. They then proceed to take 20 minutes to give you your one meal because it’s annoying you didn’t just leave. This place will close down soon if proper management not hired.

Either the person behind the intercom cannot focus enough to take an order, or the machine cannot pick up voices talking to it very well. I wouldn’t complain if this was a once off, but it’s EVERY time we go to BK. Good food though.
