Order food simple order, and neither the kid nor mngr listened to my ordering. The manager didn’t have the temperament for customer service but instead came up with an attitude that would escalate into a possible argument. My suggestion is that she, the manager, should learn more about customers and servicing them and customer service and learn how to properly train her employees but can’t when

I thought this place was turning around. I guess I was wrong. First off I walk in and the inside was hotter than the outside temperature. Then they were out of ketchup and the ice machine does not functioning properly. Then you have to find out which table is the cleanest to sit at because of lack of cleaning efforts. Then after finishing our meals we wanted ice cream so we paid for it then they came out and said they are out of ice cream then they started to fill the machine back up.

Pace, FL is awful. There was five of us and none of our orders were right, my Whopper Jr was very small and very cold. We probably won’t go back. Also, the workers didn’t appear to know what they were doing, and there didn’t appear to be enough employees present. One customer came in and stood at the register for ten minutes or more before anyone acknowledged that she was there.

Took forever to get waited on. The ice machine is always out of ice and the coke was out and the Dr Pepper was flat. There was an employee sitting right out the door smoking where customers walk-in and then when we get through eating I wanted to get a ice cream and all the staff had disappeared upon leaving they were all sitting outside at the back of restaurant. We will never go back.

Worst Burger King around. 15 20-minute wait in the Drive-Thru even when there’s only two cars. Employees are extremely rude and inconsiderate orders have not been tasty and they were out of biscuits for over 10 minutes

So my dad discovered that Burger Kings shakes are so so so much better than sonic…So since then that’s where me and my fiancé go for our shake cravings…Customer service isn’t the best like most fast food around here lately. But tonight I got two #1 and substituted the drinks for shakes. I’m ok with a $1.50 up charge. But when your handed your shake and one is full and the other is 2inches less and like chocolate milk mixture instead of shake. I asked the girl at the window why is this one so funny. She informed me that they ran out of ice cream so they just put milk in it to fill it up more. Ummm, ok and I’m still paying $3.00 for these!? That’s what I mean about customer service. Back when I worked in the restaurant business , and I maybe just use to the good ole days, if there is a known problem with an order, you inform and offer them a different choice or remove the charge. Nope, nothing.

Went during lunch and my nuggets were cold, my bacon king only has 1 strip of bacon. I work in the food service and would never serve my guests food like this. The worst part was I had to wait 10 mins for it.
