I had my taste buds in the mood for a whopper and what I got was a mess. I asked for a whopper with cheese no onions cut in half like always. with an order of onion rings. when I opened up my burger I was VERY UPSET!! The burger was not cut in half there was no cheese and the put extra onions on it. I thought this was the place to have your way. but I guess not. I was very disappointed. Burger King need to re-evaluate their way of doing business.

We sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes. No greeting, no asking us to please wait. So, thinking the drive thru was broken, we pulled into the front parking lot and went in. We waited at the tills for seven minutes; no greeting, no asking us to wait. There were at least two people in the back, one of whom saw us at the five minute mark, said nothing, and returned to the back. We waited two more minutes for someone to greet us and take our order before deciding to go elsewhere.

The screen didn’t work ,the food was cold and my food was wrapped in wax paper. I ordered no pickles light onion so they put three mushy tomatoes instead. The food is usually better at this location.

I had to drive back 3 times to have my order remade. I requested for my onion rings and chicken to be dropped fresh. It was not, the chicken was cold, and oily, the onion rings were cold and burnt. When I spoke with the “manager” who is young man with dreads, he had a bad attitude and said “well how is it supposed to be made?” I then asked for a manger he said that he was the manager, but yet he didn’t know how to print a receipt. He didn’t apologize nor offer a refund. They are always out of items, this time they didn’t have chicken juniors, ranch or mozzarella sticks. Last time they didn’t have cheese nor ranch and barbecue. I would not go here. Go to McDonalds, Arby’s, or Pollo Tropical a few minutes away from this location. Terrible experience, rude staff, and never have items from the menu.
