This BK is ridiculous. They close at random hours, a majority of the employees are so rude and rush you through your order. There could be no cutomers there yet they have you pull around and wait for your food. The outside of the building is disgusting dirty so I can only imagine how nasty the inside is. The owner should be ashamed of themselves. I’ve lived near this location for years and always had hopes that it would improve but I give up. I could go on with horrible experiences I’ve had at this location but it would just show I’m a fool for giving them so many chances. BK corporate needs to step in.

I’m not one to give bad reviews, but this BK is just terrible and got on my nerves with how it operates. I’ll make it short and simple. Just close this location down with how abandoned this place is. I went to the drive thru about a month ago around 8 pm, it was already closed but Google Maps said it’s open till 12 AM? Whoever is in charge of updating store information should be on that. A few days ago I went to the drive thru again around 7/8pm and again CLOSED. I thought maybe they don’t know I’m there? So I announce myself politely and no response. I drive up to the window and THERE’S A DUDE JUST STANDING THERE DOING NOTHING. What kind of scheme is going on in there? But anyway, something needs to be done with this BK.

The lobby is seemingly never open, the manner in which employees here speak to the customers is downright disgraceful, and the location has begun to refuse coupons that are sent out for the purpose of driving their business. I have given this location the benefit of the doubt in the past few years, but its clear that management and employees aren’t the only problem with the location. It probably would be in BK’s interests to shut down the location and reopen it a year or so later with a new ownership team and staff if they wish to address the problems of this location.

Oviedo food joints are always busy…not this one, and for a good reason. Rude staff, food was blah. No ice in soda machine, no paper towels in bathrooms. Foul language by employees…who owns this place? Too many other choices in town to have to listen to this screaming from behind the counter.

Learn from our experience this place is terrible…couldn’t order at drive thru…pulled around they were out of half of what we wanted but we ordered just the same. Then waited 15 mins for food before just requesting a refund. Awful service, terrible management…
