I swear the fast food restaurants in this area have the most lazy incompetent workers in all of central Fl. I get that I’m ordering fast food but my standards are pretty lax. For instance I just went to this Burger King location and order chicken fingers and a chicken sandwich. The chicken fingers were cold and stale like yesterdays microwaved garbage. The sandwich was literally not as advertised Considering I found all the toppings pretty much missing except the chicken and pickles

This is what passes for food at Burger King in lake Mary Florida. The nasty non English speaking women with bad attitudes don’t understand no pickles and don’t understand no ketchup. On top of that they serve you stale buns. Time to shut this dump down. (Update the location closed )

I really try to like Burger King, I really do, but they’re making it harder and harder to do. The classic Whopper was okay, at best, dry around the edges but the center was pretty filled with tomatoes, pickles, sauces, etc… I ate it but would not prefer to go back. The fries were salty and seemed fresh, but after a few munches they were again edible. The Coke was good, kudos there. While I was waiting another guy came in, saw I was standing there, and said to me the service was horrible here and you had to wait a long time to get an order in. He left, but honestly not a long wait. The clerk was working the drive through along with working the front counter. Oh, and Burger King, clean off the tables in the seating area. Hate to have to hunt for a semi- clean table. Just saying.

Very very disappointed. This is the first time in years I have been to a Burger King and I could not believe the size of their burgers. I got a whopper jr and I remember when they use to be huge. They are tiny now!! The size of a burger for a child. I am an adult and finished my meal and I’m still hungry.

I ordered 2 original chicken sandwichs,1with just mayo, and 1 with Mayo and cheese, when I got home there was 1with no mayo and the other had lettuce, I cought it on the first ones they made and thought they would have it right the second time, but no. And they want $15 an hour and can’t get an order right. Be for real!!!

I use to work at this exact Burger King location back in 1999 and 2000. So once in awhile I would visit and order some food. On 01/20/2022 I had a coupon for 2 Whoppers, 2 small Fries and 2 drinks for $8.99. I asked for cheese on both with no pickles, no tomatoes and no tomatoes. Everything was good but no cheese. Total amount was $11.33

Stopped by for lunch today around 1145 and the dinning room was locked. Knocked on the door and the lady looked at me and walked to the back. Did not even acknowledge that We were there. The drive thru was open so we pulled up there and asked why it was not open. Response was it’s not open right now. That was it?? I refuse to eat in my truck so we left. This is why Burger King is not what it once was. We rarely go anymore because most of the time the food is cold even when we ask for it to be off the broiler. Customer service is always horrible as it was today.

Horrible service… I ordered 2 double whoppers no bun… and I got 1 with only lettuce and cheese and the other was just 1 burger in a box….. they really should stay at home if they don’t want to work… multiple times I have went and they are always rude and the food is always NOT FRESH… we always wait and we get excited that we have waited so long food that it should be melting my mouth but instead I feel like they took the time to go across the street and dig the food out of the dumpsters across the street…DO NOT EAT HERE EVER….. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED…… And I hope Bojangles put you out of business
