I was in the car park, the sign said drive thru only as 10pm. Placed my order on the app, waited at speaker for 10 minutes no one answered, went to the window woman somewhat rudely said they were closed, yet opening hours next to her said 12am. Two hours left till they should have shut. Other cars arrived for their orders Unhelpful said to use the app for a refund. Wasted 20 minutes

The building looks rough from the outside, but the interior was very clean. Our food came out quickly and accurately. The fries could have been a bit more done but we also got between rushes during the lunch hour. The staff was incredibly kind, despite the fact that they were completely out of coins for change

I ordered mozzarella sticks and they didn’t give me any marinara sauce whatsoever and I even asked for extra marinara and I got none. Atmosphere is okay service sucks food well it’s the worst Burger King I’ve been to in a long time. The Burger King in Port St John in Brevard County is top notch and puts this location to shame can’t even compare the two it would be disgraceful to the Burger King in Port St John. Yeah

The dining area is still closed, so we saw a man have to leave because his work van was too tall for their drive through and they wouldnt give him any other way to order. Then when we ordered I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that when recieced the chicken had clearly been either severly overcooked or been left sitting under the heat lamp WAY too long. It was like a rock. Then the lettuce they gave me was one chunk all stuck together still with the stem being a large portion of what I was given. See pictures.

The lady that took our order on the squawk box spoke loud and clear. She was also very pleasant when we pulled up to the window. All the food looked like it was off the commercials, well-built burgers that tasted really good, and the sides were fried just right. Also, the soda actually tasted like soda and not water. Whoever the team was working on that day did excellent, and I hope they keep up the excellent work at that location.

Stopped in to get lunch, but it was a few minutes early and they were still serving breakfast. The server, Tracy, told me they could give me what I wanted, but I would have to wait an extra few minutes for them to cook it. I didn’t mind so I ordered the old fashion chicken sandwich and onion rings. Tracy, who had a broken arm slung up, was very polite and efficient saw to all me needs, salt, ice, etc. I can’t tell you what a pleasant experience it was to have such a helpful, friendly server compared to the other Burger King in town. I enjoyed my meal in a cleaner Burger King than what I’m used to, and Tracy made it all happen. I’ll be going to this location from now on.

Running a little slow in the drive thru but actually apologized that it was a wait!?! Wow! That doesn’t happen very often. Food was the usual nothing great or horrible. Just thought I’d say kudos for acknowledging the long wait. A little courtesy goes a long way.

Oh, the girl with the yellow hair not only was she so happy and so sweet her yellow hair made me happy because yellow is a happy color lol and she just had the nicest personality ever. I would go back just because of her and I already like Burger King, but I don’t ever go there often because you know some people just aren’t happy but that girl deserves a raise that girl deserves to be in the window at all times because she made everything great.

They close an hour their business before the posted closing hours, including drive-through. About the drive-through: the franchise owner needs to fix the screen to place orders and have people that work there take orders.

Yep, worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. It’s amazing how the edge of the biscuit is hard as concrete yet the worker who assembled this dumpster fire was somehow able to press their finger through the top of the biscuit creating a visual crater allowing me to wonder if a gloved hand was ever used. The smell is of the old burnt oil got to tickle my nose well before the sandwich got near my mouth. Now I’ve eaten some bad food, but getting ready to work the entire day needed to put something in my belly I got one bit in and just couldn’t do it. I would venture to say the pan the biscuit was baked in was probably last washed two presidential administrations ago. Not every day you get to spend $5 on a breakfast sandwich dunked in mop water, but I was lucky enough on this day. Thank you Titusville Burger King!
