They almost had a great review. Went through the drive through ordered a large spicey melt. The fries were cooked perfectly and fresh. On the other hand the spicy melt was not spicy went back in they told me that’s how it is made. The sandwich had pickles and onions and some sauce on it not spicy. Was not the sandwich I ordered. On the bright side of it the lady at the drive through was very nice.

They were not very busy yet. It was pretty clean. Workers were all friendly. They made delicious croissants! They were not too greasy or dry either. The only thing is their drive-thru. It’s a little dangerous getting in and out of. The road off the highway is just a few yards from the entrance and some cars drove past there too fast to see right away. I will come back and try their burgers.

Food is usually delicious though sometimes they burn the burgers. Also the service can be slow at times especially at night, though its not always slow. Place looks dilapidated inside and out and there is an entire section just roped off for no reason. I saw water leaking from the ceiling near that area. However they seem to be slowly getting better with restorations and cleanup.

Terrible place to eat. Dirty. The buildings not kept up. What’s going on with Burger King? My two burgers (double whopper junior) were hard around the edges and dried up. I did not ask for new burgers I just didn’t eat it. My daughter’s single burger was edible. Condiments not fresh. It looked like half the restaurant was filled with homeless people just hanging out and charging their phones. I don’t think they’re paying their staff a decent wage. They are not getting top of the line workers. I don’t need at the burger king in my area because of the same thing. I was hoping to enjoy a nice wiper sandwich in orlando. But both of the Burger King’s had low ratings on google. All you want is fresh food and a clean place to eat is that too much to ask? Where is the management and the district managers?

Pretty much the regular experience at Burger King, out of buns regularly, barely any selection of drink left, and they will mess up your order 90% percent of the time. They also close the lobby early because they are understaffed, which is understandable.

I went through the drive through and once again they got it all wrong. They charged me .50 cents extra for add tomatoes on original chicken sandwiches. Not only did they not put tomatoes on the sandwiches they barely put any lettuce or mayonnaise. I also ordered a new bacon melt burger and wound up with a jalapeño burger. Now I’ve been trying to call for half an hour and keep getting cut off. Unbelievable how little companies care about customer service.
