Waited in line for an hour and 30 minutes and in that time they changed cashiers like 3 times and they was only one computer being used to take orders. These workers take there sweet time to send orders through and even longer to make them – after finally making it to the register, they guy said he’ll be back, walked away for almost 10 minutes — then finally came back and took our order, after that we moved to the side to wait for our order, where we could see in the kitchen — there was food all over the ground, workers talking over people’s foods. Just a terrible experience — will never happen again.

NOT RECOMMENDED! Line was long, cashier was nice but at some point the manager told to leave (nobody knows where) and she left a line of like 15 people waiting for her to get back (15 minutes) after my order was finally taken and paid for, had to wait for more then 25 minutes. Seemed like the kitchen was having issues getti g the food done, and the lady putting the orders together and giving them to (angry) customers was very slow and taking the time she pleased, even tho she got many complains from may of us, she just stood there like it wasn’t her problem. Fired were cold as ice, and funny their was no ice on any of the soda machines. Would give them ZERO stats if it was possible. If you are un a rush as we all usually are when connecting flights at the airport, please avoid this place!l

The restaurant caught on fire shortly after placing my order. The resulting smoke forced an evacuation of the entire terminal, causing my flight to be delayed by several hours. I never did get my Whopper. Yet, it still wasn’t the worst Burger King I’ve ever had. 2 stars.

Don’t bother waiting in the long line…..the wait to pay takes forever, and the wait for your food is even worse…..and the food was COLD! Then to get your beverage, you have to use a ladle to scoop ice out of a plastic container. Do yourself a favor and get food before going through the TSA checkpoint!!

Slowest Burger King ever!! Travel through MCO a lot. It’s one of the busiest BK, yet short staff cause unnecessary delays. One person taking orders and has to serve and prep. Sandwiches are precooked and sitting?!? Can’t order ahead on the App either.

Food is consistent. Customer service was good. There was no screens with menus, and they have a limited range available. The contactless self order did not have any receipt paper but you can use a QR code and have the receipt emailed to you if you order using the QR code.
