I have not been to this BK in a very long time due to its customer service being very poor, if any. Took a chance again, and what a difference! The manager, Jensen Torres, came right up to the register to take my order. He listened very carefully to what was being ordered. I informed him of my allergies, Celiac disease, and while he did not know what that was, his desire to learn and understand it was appreciated and commendable. He promptly informed his crew about the special request and to do their best not to cross contaminate. They jumped right on it, and before you know it, the food was ready. I watched as he walked around the lobby, asking guests if everything was going well. Part of his team was doing the same. I enjoy BK burgers but had to stop going because many of their restaurants had poor CS. Looks like Mr. Jensen Torres is changing that. If you have not been here in a while, perhaps give Jensen and his team a shot. You may be pleasantly enjoying your time there.

So Burger King a non expensive place to eat. I will start off with lack of management and training and having enough employees. I went thru the drive thru for faster service. I had to park my car in drive thru and go inside because 13 mins later nothing with my order. The girl {very nice btw) apologized and asked what I had ordered because the drive thru gentleman was a hot mess. Long story short I paid additional money all didn’t get what I ordered or how I ordered it. Burger King please start requesting good service and staff as a part of selling the Franchise. I worked for you guys when I was 16 and I can absolutely turn half of your locations to get to the level of service that a quick food franchise needs to be.

Walk up to the door and one employee who was on the phone opens the door for me, then she yells “you got a customer”. I walk up to the register and an employee who was working in the back looks at me and ignores me. After three minutes of standing there I left and went to Mcdonalds. Customer service is dead.

I ordered a Texas whopper meal and regular whopper meal the frys were cold got a burnt fish sandwich and cold whopper and when we called store back managers excuse was all employees were training and he couldn’t fix order. Will never go to this burger King again ever. Worse then it has ever been they better off just shutting them down like the one in bithlo.
