The atmosphere is totally better than it used to be. Forgive me for not recognizing when they remodeled but wow what an exciting difference the dining makes. It’s clean and fresh. I tried the chicken Parm sandwich today and it sure didn’t let me down. It was hot, the spaghetti sauce had a nice sweet taste but I would have enjoyed the chicken a little crisper. All in all, id definitely get it again. My husband doesn’t know what his was called but he ate it pretty fast so id say he liked it. Only complaint he had was that it had a little too much mustard..

6.19.23-Malabar rd. New renovation, New ownership, New management, New Staff, Constantly fresh food, as they now only cook to order all sandwiches. They are no longer doing it the “old school” fast food way. If you’re patient and want fresh food….. be ready to wait and enjoy! Place was dead when we walked in: Food was slow coming out, which would be fine if it was super fresh, but it was pretty stale. We’d asked for extra mayo and extra pickles. We got a huge glob of mayo and no pickles. Burgers and fries were all cold, and just… not good. Place was clean and people were friendly though. I love a good Burger King, but this location (like many) needs to tighten up on quality.

Ever since the renovation started the burgers and fries have been fresh! Please don’t stop cooking to order! I will always be happy to wait longer for fresh food! I gave it 4 stars because my son likes the chicken fries but this seems to be the only item we can’t get fresh. They are always old and disappointing. The chicken nuggets are a joke but that does not reflect the staff here, that’s more a corporate issue. The staff has been amazing since the renovation. One star: This place is horrible. Don’t go here. The fries are cold, the pie that is supposed to be refrigerated is hot, and I’m adding a picture of the “whopper” I got. My dad went to pick up our online order and they had nothing he ordered. Their shake machine was down, shocked. And since we ordered online over their app for pickup they said they couldn’t refund us because we ordered online. I’m so disappointed.

I went in and ordered two ham, egg and cheese, croissants, and an orange juice. There was one person in line and it looks like two people waiting for their order. The drive-through was closed so it couldn’t possibly be causing a problem. I waited 20 minutes. Still don’t get served. See my receipt. I finally left and didn’t have time to even get a refund. So I ended up paying for a meal I never got. Whoever was doing the cooking was obviously under trained or in a bad mood. In 20 minutes I only saw two other people get served and they were only ordering very small amounts of food small bag. They didn’t say they were out of anything extremely extremely disappointed.
