The morning shift is terrible, short staffed and,I believe she’s the manager, has an obvious hate the job attitude. This last experience : Stopped only because it’s on that side of the road, drive thru ,and open. The food wasn’t bad, but they still had dinner menu up so had to guess what was available.

We ordered just before 10pm, sat down & waited, and when we got our food, we were told the dining area closes at 10pm and we couldn’t eat inside. Well, as it turns out there’s no seating to be found anywhere in the neighbourhood. After a good walk to find somewhere to sit, we discovered my fries were missing from the order, so we ate everything else then went back for my fries, expending a good 25 minutes of walking in the process and then missing the bus & having to walk home on top of that. Never again. There’s healthier options around for the same price & less, anyway.

I ordered an eggnormous at 6:35am and I got this hard burned egg. You can tell it wasn’t cooked today. It looks like it was reheated from a batch made yesterday. It tastes like old, reheated, hard plastic eggs…and it had three little hashbrowns inside and no sauce.

Stay away . Prices aren’t the same as you read on the menu ! I ordered a double cheeseburger off value menu and value fry . She said 4.08 then pulled up to take my card then told to back up till she waves me in .. then gave my card and food 5 min later . Without a receipt. I would like to see what I was charged and she handed to me and it’s 6.89 . You look up menu prices you will see even with sales tax it’s only 4.50 tops . Smh nothing like a big franchise ripping off the general public .

Not only did they mess up my order, it took forever to get. The french fries though we’re very fresh because they made them just for me. Unfortunately the onion rings were ice-cold and they messed everything else up. I understand now why they have two and a half Stars

With the place empty, it took them 15 minutes to give us the order, which arrived with cold potatoes that smelled rotten and had to be thrown away, and hamburgers that were burnt and hard, the counter staff treated us rudely, and at the time of delivery they didn’t even have ketchup. a real shame

Somebody need to shut this place down. Burger King used to be a place to go and enjoy a good whopper. This place probably would rate as the worst Burger King in the world. I walked in and was ready to order with coupon – cashier said she doesn’t take coupons. I selected coupon with address in my app and it showed that it should work. Anyway, I placed an order for take out and coupon worked. I got my order, chicken sandwiches were wrapped really bad and it looked as if somebody walked on them. Here is multiple things that I heard from the cashier while I was eating inside – “I don’t have sauces” “I don’t have drink, I have cups, you can take a cup”, I don’t have chicken nuggets”, “ I don’t have chocolate chips”, “did we run out of chicken nuggets?”. I will definitely never visit this place again and don’t recommend anyone.

Drive thru customer service was very poor. The customer who took My order charged me for a cone when I originally asked for 2 vanilla shakes which she said it comes in 1size. Her attitude was so bad,I asked for a refund and I was told to come back Monday when the store manager would be in. The manager on duty got on the phone and called her boss and told me that her boss would be arriving shortly from Hallandale, and the boss lady said I couldn’t get my refund and too call the cops. The employee who took My order was very rude and disrespectful I was told her name was DESTINY and I was not given a receipt which I asked for multiple times. The mgr didn’t removed the employee from drive-thru window this was a total bad experience, my 16.78 that I spent was wasted and I was forced to take food in which I asked for a refund which mgr told I had to wait till Monday, I asked about burger policy Information and was deny that as well. Manager never gave me my receipt and left the drive thru ,I’m unhappy I strongly believe I was denied my full refund, as a customer I should not have been forced to take food when I ask for a refund, customer service from manager on duty and the young lady DESTINY which is the name they told me was unpleasant and I will not return to this burger King location, and I will go to Hr immediately. It was wrong for them not to give me a receipt and with the employee who took My order. As I left she took her middle finger at me, please look at the cameras ,she should be terminated, that’s not how you treat customers. My hard owned money wasted something needs to resolved still for the bad experience I had today
