Service at this Burger King is always quick and staff is friendly even if it’s busy. Never any issues asking for sauces, which is a common issue at other locations. I have no complaints, food is always good.

Communication is a weak point at this location. The drive thru is an absolute failure. Numerous times I’ve received a sandwich with cheese on it when I specifically requested otherwise. I just ordered a whopper combo and was asked if I wanted to add cheese and bacon. I said “no thanks.”

The manager was rude to my daughter because he did not allow her service dog to enter the restaurant. She has a small Chihuahua dog and she always carried it in a special dog case. We have been to many restaurants and have never had a problem. Burger King should change their rude policies and better train their employees. For now we will not go there again.

Stopped at this Burger King for a quick breakfast. The Croissan’wich, hashbrowns and Diet Coke were all very good . Service was fast and friendly . Restaurant and men’s room was clean. Would return in the future. 🙂

The store refused to let my father pick up the meal that I had ordered, even though he had both the email receipt and a screenshot of the in-app information showing that we had already paid for the meal. After waiting for 45 minutes, I was finally able to drive down myself to retrieve my order from Burger King. However, I am concerned about the store’s policy and the behavior of the manager. While I was able to pick up my mobile order simply by providing my name, my father was not permitted to do so because he did not have the app. I found this to be inconsistent and unfair. After receiving my order without issue, I asked to speak to the manager to clarify the store’s policy regarding order pickup. The manager informed me that it was not possible for me to pick up the order without verification, but I have never been asked for anything other than my name in the eight months that I have been visiting this location. The manager then attempted to compare the situation to airport security, which I found to be inappropriate and offensive because picking up a fast food order is a much less critical task that does not require the same level of scrutiny or verification. Furthermore, the manager’s comparison implies that the customer’s concerns about the store’s policy are unfounded or unreasonable. This dismissive attitude can be frustrating and offensive to customers who have legitimate concerns about the way they are being treated or the policies in place at a particular establishment. My father and I were both dissatisfied with the manager’s attitude and lack of accountability.

Staff are not trained at all to deal with issues or guest, and they hire rude people. Got home with an order to realize that chicken tenders are missing go back and being told the cashier did put it in bag. Please, I didn’t get home to leave again. This Burger King Needs HELP! Couple months ago rude cashier, then another time, total order was wrong. Burger King head office needs to really help this location. Please remember the customer is the one that makes your pay check!!!!!!!

Lately the service decreased, I was taking 3 meals to go and the manager only allowed me to take 1 BBQ sauce, then I ask for a spicy sauce and his answer was you have no spicy meal so you’re not allowed to take a spicy sauce, so I just said forget it and walk away. I would not recommend it, next time I go to McDonald’s.
