They literally never have frozen drinks available after 8 pm. Finally today at 8:16 no frozen drinks, shakes or ice cream. I asked why? Because she cleaned the machine. I ask why did you clean the machine at 8 pm? The lady yells ‘BECAUSE WE ARE GETTING READY TO CLOSE!’. They close at 10 pm. Drove away and went elsewhere. I wonder how many customers they lose due to lack of customer service and not following established operating hours. I suppose not enough for the owner to be bothered and make changes.

Extremely rude service. We went through drive thru. the place was empty yet an employee by the name of “Guido” felt the need to repeatedly ask us what we wanted with out even giving us a minute to decide and get more and more aggressive with his tone to rush us. Also the fries seem old.

All I can say is: It’s Burger King. In some ways its superior to McDonald’s and others…..inferior. Now this Burger King isn’t my favorite but it’s far better than the one on 18240 S Dixie Hwy, Perrine, FL 33157. They just…..ugh. This doesn’t need to be THAT detailed. Alright that’s the review. Just left the drive-thru and while I’m at the window paying and getting my food, I asked if I could have a cheeseburger, making sure there were no other cars waiting. The lady at the drive-thru register was nice and friendly. She asks if I could have a cheese burger and another lady yells no I don’t have any burgers she’s gotta go around. I get that they are timed for how long people are at the window waiting, but it’s not what she said it’s the way she said it. She could have said it nicer knowing I could hear her.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I picked up my niece and nephew from school, they were hungry so they ask for Burger King. I attempted to order through the drive-thru, the cashier told me to hang on 7 times. When i ask why she yells out “I am the only one here, If you can’t wait go somewhere else” The kids were even shocked. I drove around to the window to ask for a manager she was at the window attempted to take the order but the women who told me to go somewhere else yelled at her and said “don’t take any orders”. After 25 years of going there I am done stick to Wendy’s down the street.

Dirty place, rude workers, bathrooms don’t work, that is, the workers don’t wash their hands and say they have to use the gas station bathroom. dirty table and napkins on the floor and it was empty. For me is zero star.

Horrible morning experience at this BK. Workers are lazy and act abnormal. They said there system was down and only accepted cash which can happen but I believe incorrect change was given to me and worker didn’t even give me a receipt. Back cook just reheated my sandwich in the microwave instead of making it FRESH. When I sat down and took a look at my sandwich it was BURNT and over cooked it also felt hard like it had been sitting since 6AM. Overall, I would not recommend eating here and for sure I won’t be!! Hopefully they hire better employees that need a job and like to work for there money and NOT just be lingering around…
