Service from the start was fantastic. Got a “Welcome to Burger King” from the Manager Katina at the till. She took my name and used it throughout our interaction. She recommended things to me as this was my first time dining. Once food came which was very good, my only complaint was the Sprite was a bit flat but still was good. A gentleman (Garvey) who was going around cleaning, quality checked me and my food and offered to get anything else I may need. He offered me a water which I accepted and also gave my child a crown, they were so happy Such great service!! Really felt taken care of here!

This is the best Burger King in Florida!!! The assistant manager Garvey was so helpful and he made sure everything was running smoothly through the rush. (definitely coming back again on his shift) The atmosphere was 10/10 and clean it was lovely!! The food came fresh and I received everything that I ordered. I ordered a original chicken sandwich with classic fries and a sprite.

Disgusting shipping order packaging. There is no package protection, there was no nugget, the courier ate it or simply didn’t put it ♀️ The burgers are all crumpled. The service in the restaurant itself is good, but the delivery is disgusting.

This is the Best Burger King in Miami hands down I will always come to this one even if it is busy. I came here and got my food although it was a long line sure enough the Manager Garvey served me he was bagging drive thru orders, eat in, and takeout orders and going to the kitchen to communicate with them to make sure they don’t get confused he was reassuring his worker Antonio was fine and they worked really well together and handled the rush pretty great together and they were multitasking although other customers will always find something to complain about but they were doing an awesome job food was great 10/10 experience best crew ever!!

Hey y’all I’m a first timer to this location!! I post raw reviews of places big or small. Let’s start of by saying thank you to Garvey and Antonio for helping me pick out what food I wanted and made my experience better despite the extras who were trying to destroy it by being hateful and ignorant. My food was delicious I asked the 2 employees for their personal favorites and then I ordered. The food was delicious and definitely was fresh! The store is clean actually one of the cleanest burger kings I been to. The store is placed in a nice area and the outside is clean and well kept as well as the inside. The parking was considerably well considering there are other stores around it so this is definitely the place to go if you’re shopping and need to take a quick bite. But let’s get into the details of todays unfortunate situation. Long story short somebody was angry and hungry and the employees were trying to service them according to what they had and they just couldn’t wait a couple of minutes to enjoy the fresh food. So they became irritated and very ignorant and hostile towards the employees. Garvey handled the front while Antonio handled the back the drive thru. Surprisingly Garvey kept his composure cause not many people do that nowadays and handled the situation with care. I I did wish more people would speak up but it is what it is. Overall I would definitely come again

Best Bk I’ve ever been to. No matter if you go in or drive thru or just pickup from mobile order you get an employee who seems happy and taken care of. Everywhere I look seems clean, everyone is always so helpful, smiles, looks me in the eyes and thanks me back when I thank them and the offers are just amazing and unmatched by anyone I’ve been to for fast food breakfast especially McDonald’s. Thanks for being a kind person when I come. It goes a long way.

My overall experience at Burger King in sunny isles today 08/04 around dinner time was pretty interesting. To start off the food was a 10/10 even with the lack of fries the other menu items made up for it. The whopper was cooked to perfection and the chicken fries were just the right amount of crisp and delicious. The parking outside was nice it’s not closed and closeted. And the area is nice. But the overall atmosphere today inside was disrupted by a couple of hangry customers who decided to leave their home training at home and treat the workers with the utmost disrespect as if they had not realized how hard they have been working. They utilized the resources they were given and made the best of a very difficult situation. So props to burger king’s management for teaching their employees to keep their composure even when dealing with racist comments from customers. I came in and ordered my food. Mind you this Burger King prides themselves on serving fresh food. So they notified everyone of the items that would take a little longer to make and if everyone was ok with the wait. So the black employee that was working was notifying everybody (Garvey) and I guess somebody didn’t like that they had to wait and had made slick remarks and had an attitude towards him. I’m making this review to shed light to the injustice that happens everyday to fast food workers it is unfortunate and unacceptable for someone who feels entitled to come and drag someone else for doing the best they can with what they had. With that being said the working situation back there did seem to be a little fast paced but the kitchen was slow at the end of the day this isn’t called fast food for nothing. So the problem spot is the kitchen needing to be faster or needs more staff to properly execute give out the amount of orders necessary. And the front workers such as Garvey who was making sure every bag had their orders fulfilled was doing an amazing job. The manager does need to create a system that works best for her but overall it’s a good store and this was just a sticky situation.

It’s not the worst BK I’ve been to. The orders I place are generally large and complicated, I only ever do DT and don’t sit to check every item in the order at the window, so I’m thankful when they are fulfilled without issue.

The worst experience ever in a Burger King, we got there and all the operation was stoped because they had no French fries, and when they came out, the lady in the station did not move theme so they where a block of fries, they could not separate theme so they had to be thrown away, and new ones had to be done. At this point it have been over 20 min waiting and there where about 6 orders in front still. There was a couple in front of us talking and suddenly Garvey one of the food handlers screamed at them stating that they did no have to shop there if they did not like it, then left to the back leaving antonio alone at the front handing the room and the drive-through, which deserves it own props he was doing his best in a rush hour on his own. In the mean time there was no manager in sight. After a while she walked out of the office on a video call not even noticing the operation or pitching in to help. The whole ordeal took over 40 min. When they finally called me they stated that they had ran out of cheese sticks, so they offered chicken fries instead.

It’s the worst BK I’ve ever been. I only ordered some nuggets from the drive thru, it took more than 10 minutes to give them to me and when they gave them, I told her that they didn’t put any dip and the employee told me: Go inside and grabbed it yourself. really?
