We do not usually write a bad review, but this is going be one. We love Burger King and it’s our first and last bad experience we have had at this location. We will never revisit. The onion rings seemed recooked or reheated very hard and crunchy, and the chicken was warm and not juicy as it should be. Even though we went thru the drive thru and waited until we arrived home to eat, my sandwich should not have been cold. Notice we are giving you details that only Burger King fans would know. Service was ok, I was not thrilled about being asked to drive back to reset their timers when I was ordering. We do not like to feel pressured that I have time limits which makes me feel unwelcome. Please have more consideration for your patrons.

Ever since they remodeled this burger king the quality has improved. I have 2 bk near my house but this one blows them out of the water. The food quality was great the burgers were just made. I never had good bk nuggets until i had them here. For some reason the practice here is much better because the other bks by my house dont feel like bks they feel like im at checkers. If many locations can copy their quality model things will be better for the whole company

it took 30 minutes for them to bring us our order (curbside pickup) and they didn’t even go outside. my friend and i had to go inside and get the order ourselves. the food had been waiting there on the counter, and the staff apologized for forgetting to bring it out for us since none of them looked at the screen with our orders on it. even then, the burger i had ordered wasn’t prepared right.
