Reminds me why i stop going to Burger king, the food was cold. My whopper and onions rings were probably the worst i had at burger king but i still ate em. No napkins in my pick up order. Most importantly every inch of the restaurant needs to be cleaned. That said, its sad that most of the restaurants between sunrise and oakland need better management. Definitely not “Fast food” . Came here for a quick bite to eat as it’s close to my work and I only get a 30 minute lunch. I spent 28 minutes in the drive thru line despite there only being one car ahead of me. When I finally got to the window, I sat there for another 10 minutes while the girl working the drive thru chit-chatted with her co worker. By this time my lunch break was well over and I hadn’t even received my food. After trying to get the drive thru workers attention multiple times and failing as she was too invested in her conversation with her co workers, I left—empty handed. Spent the rest of my work day starving, thanks Burger King! To add, all of your reviews are complaints about the long waits, probably because your staff treats work as social hour!!!

Horrible service waited 39 minutes in drive thru with only 2 cars in line. Also sales rep seemed to have attitude taking my order. Then food was colder then hot I mean wow if I’m waiting this long I’m thinking is because they are cooking. Cold food poor service stay away from here. Food preparation is also sloppy messy. Not recommended 3 strikes they out.

Waited over 29 mins in drive thru with only 2 cars in front. Everyone honked trying to figure out what was taking so long. At no point did anyone of the workers apologize for the delay, if anything the girl at the window has an awful attitude. No greeting when we go to pay, no nothing. I was in Sunrise and was hungry for a quick lunch. I hadn’t been to Burger King in a while and now I know why. I ordered a Whopper and fries. The whopper was tasteless.
