Tanisha is the worse worker that works there. She had the worse attitude and we didn’t even have any conflict, that’s just her attitude- acting as if someone owe her something for working there. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and they didn’t put the egg on the sandwich. When I pulled back up (after driving all the way to work), she lied and said she couldn’t give me my money back because the lady wasn’t there that opened it. She told me to come back after 2pm and I didn’t because I didn’t want her to think she was getting away that easily. When I came, one of the ladies then told me she (Tanisha) was a manager and she lied. The lady kindly gave me my refund with no problem.

Please close the doors, drive thru and any passage to this location. Stopped in for a meal priced at $7.99 and asked to increase it to a medium and was told that I owed $19.99. I should have taken the queue when 4 people before me walked out after receiving no service at the counter. I waited for the young lady sitting in the office swivel chair manning the drive thru to acknowledge me but she kept doing what she was doing. Right before walking out myself another young lady (with a very incoherent demeanor,lest facial tattoos and piercings) came to take my order and that’s how this story began. You have been warned ‍♂️

After waiting 20 minutes to place an order with my crown points, the points were taken out of my account and the ahole of a manager claims that it didn’t process which b.s. I had over 1600 points and it went down to 883 and I didn’t get my order. I will escalating this to corporate first thing Monday morning. This place has always been an issue and as much as I love burger King I hate this establishment in particular.
