Aug 28, 23 , this place at lunch is a mad house. The girl taking orders was not listening to customers. Almost every order was wrong that she entered. The printer for the cash only register was not printing receipts and orders were being given to the wrong people. There was one customer that was screaming at the BK manager because he had waited about 30 minutes with no food. He finally asked the manager to call the police, because his credit card had been charged but they refused to give him his food.

Love the double drive thru, but why is only one window in operation. Also, after ordering, they tell you to pull up but stay behind the yellow pole. I’m assuming their using a timer per car, and instead of improving service to get the cars in and out, they are tricking the timer to make it seem as if the service is fast..
