I am not sure what it is about Burger King restaurants in general, but they typically have the slowest drive-thru service of any fast food chain. The two closest to me shouldn’t even be called fast food. It is faster to go to five guys or BurgerFi and have them cook it in front of you than it is to go to a Burger King drive-thru. With that said, the girl who was working at this particular Burger King was friendly and offered me a free small french fry because it took so long to get my order of a single whopper to me. It was over 10 minutes from the time I ordered till the time I got my burger. I appreciated her understanding, I just wish Burger King french fries tasted better. They’ve been in business for over 50 years and still haven’t figured out how to make a good french fry.

This location is horrible. The cashier & the other employee that wasn’t a cashier got upset because I pulled out my code to get points for my order. They told me in a rude manner that I have to let them know beforehand about my code. If that’s the case, then they should have a BIG sign saying that customers should get their code ready & let the cashier know before they order. The place was dirty too especially outside of the restaurant. This place needs to shut down if they don’t improve with their customer service skills & cleanliness.
