The food is almost always disgusting here and you have to wait forever for 1 item. Save your time and money and go to a different BK. Yuo would get better good and service from the soup kitchen

This Burger King needs extra help. I’m not sure what’s happening with the service but you’re literally waiting in the drive through for someone to acknowledge you for 10 mins and then waiting another 5 or more to get the food. If it wasn’t because there isn’t many place I this area to eat I wouldn’t come here. Corporate needs to assist with getting more people hired if this location is understaffed ,have the manager schedule correctly or hire new employees for customer service. Communication is the biggest thing here.

Ordered a Jr. Breakfast burrito combo while my husband ordered a croissant combo. 1, the burrito had some nasty sauce on it; with a sweet taste to it. Gross!! The fountain drinks were not good, but the gentleman behind the counter was very apologetic and changed my drinks twice. My husband didn’t care for his Breakfast but ate it. We are out of towners so more than likely won’t be back.

Only friends and family get service here. Customers are invisible. One customer ate all his french fries talking to the employee at the pickup counter. When they were done eating their fries the employee grabbed the bag and refilled them. Now all the fries being served were contaminated by the customer.
