This is the worst Burger king to go to. The guy/girl always has an attitude like he/she don’t want to be there. I get food for my kids there and my order was wrong. Extra salt on the fries. They are notoriously slow at this location but after working a double shift I didn’t want to cook. Waited in line in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes when a car pulls into the other lane and is there for 30 seconds before they took his order. I told the girl I was waiting for a long time and she said was “Oh sorry” and it wasn’t even sincere sounding. Left without ordering. Won’t ever waste my money here again.

This is easily the worst fast food establishment I’ve been to. Unfortunately, it is close to my house and when I don’t want to cook, this is where I end up. They are always slow, the staff is generally unfriendly, and they get the simplest orders wrong 50% of the time. When ordering on the app, good luck. This place has been like this for years now and it can only fall back on management. The only manager I’ve seen absolutely embodies the above complaints.

This is the dirtiest Burger King I have ever seen. The ceiling was leaking and black moldy. All the tables were dirty and my shoes were sticking to their filthy floor. They got our order wrong AGAIN, the person taking our order just tells you what you want to hear and orders whatever he wants. the food is terrible and the manager just does not care. We have spoken to several of the mangers and nothing ever comes of it.

I ordered 2 impossible whopper meals, one with just ketchup and lettuce, and one with no mayo, but got neither. I wanted them in that way because my girlfriend is vegan and occasionally wants to eat here. Its unfortunate that we this order did not make it through to the line staff. Store has a serious time management problem. Always have to wait 10+mins just to order. Food always takes longer than 20min to make (for one combo). At this point it ain’t fast food. Most of the time the food is sloppily put together. I prefer Burger King as my burger fast food chain. But I waited for the last time for mediocrity. Time management can go a lone way for this store.
