Stopped in here with my son and father-on-law. We had just finished a day of martial arts training and were hungry. We walked in and there was one person ahead of us in the line and nobody else in the dining area. We stood there for maybe 10 minutes and nobody “working” there said a word to us. We finally asked the guy who was there if he was waiting on an order and he said he hadn’t even placed his yet. Another half dozen people were behind us in line. Eventually we left and went to another restaurant.

I was hungry now I feel sick. When did they start microwaving burgers? If I didn’t catch the cook microwaving my food, that’s what I would’ve gotten. After I mention I didn’t want the microwave food she put someone else’s sandwich right behind mine into the microwave. Is this what we doing now? I thought it was flame broiled? I also got a big fish but I didn’t finish that, it didn’t taste like it was supposed to even though it was fresh. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this store

Man. What happened to Burger King over the past two decades or so? Their quality, down to the simplest of things like a burger patty, has completely dropped off. I remember getting Whopper value meals in the 90s and they were amazing – juicy charbroiled patty with fresh vegetables on a fresh sesame seed bun. Now everything seems and the burger patty is nothing like it used to be. Womp Womp womper.

The STORE MANAGER running this Burger King is by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with in Tampa. I went here for breakfast because I had to go to the mall. While she was taking my order and I asked to order an extra item she rudely interrupted me and sounded bothered. I went around and told her how disgusting her customer service was. How do you speak over a customer who is trying to place their order? I know how your impatient and were taught to interrupt people while they speak. They usually teach these manners at home training, and I know at this point your beyond help. I feel so bad for customers and tourists who have to deal with this level of attitude. The saddest part is she’s the STORE MANAGER so I don’t even have to see how the employees would be. Who knows maybe one of the employees would run the place better and would save customers any headaches.

They are super rude to their customers like I mean super rude. So I was at like buger king when this man told the lady that she gave him the wrong order and she was like ok so what do u want me to do and he was like what u can do is give me my real order and she was like I don’t know what it is and she was the one that took the order so the man was like you took my order !!! And she like yea but I don’t work until the kitchen. And he was like u know what I’m don’t take whoever this order this is and I’m leaving. I think that lady was not helping him at all he looked like he was in a hurry and the lady did not care. And I think that was super rude.

Breakfast was good, convenient is more like it but I enjoyed the fully loaded croissant with sausage patty, egg, ham & bacon, with miniature hash browns, and coffee. A well put together combo for breakfast and I will always have one every three months when I go. Very fattening but delicious.
