Went to get food at 11:30. Says they were open til 12, I’ve worked food i understand 30 mins before closing is sometimes annoying but it is part of it. They were completely closed, lights off, and this isn’t even the 1st time this has happened. Just the first time i have made a review. If your hours are until 12, the lights don’t need to be off on the entire building at 11;30. Or else change your hours.

My experience with this Burger King location is usually ok. But today was the most horrible experience as I had already eaten half of my whopper I take a bite and realized I had either swallowed some of what turned out to be a very long hair which was not mine because I had on a hair bonnet all day and while consuming my food. Call first then went to the store to get a refund and to dispute matter was treated poorly and had authorities called on me and was trespassed for an entire year. Digusting and unnaceptable

Never going again. There was a extremely rude woman in the drive-thru that started yelling at us. In addition, she doesn’t know how to take orders properly and the coworkers (who were watching the whole situation) did nothing. This is the worst experience in bk I ever had.
