My chicken sandwich was fresh but my burger was cold. I lifted my bun and my burger pattie looked like it was man handled. Very slow service. I think I was standing there for about 30 minutes waiting on my food. Too much salt on the fries. Put less salt on the fries or none at all. I don’t mind waiting on my food but at least have a small sense of urgency.

This is by far the SLOWEST Burger King I have ever been to. Waited 20 minutes to get my food after I ordered it. They had one person making the burgers. All total when we ordered our food there were three maybe four people working including the Manager. Unless you like waiting I would avoid this place. Fast Food restaurant this is not.

I work in the Walmart and I eat here often. There are some nice employees but most are air headed and/or rude. Not only that but almost every day something happens either my order is messed up or gross and the worst part is that some of the workers will make you feel bad for their mess ups. If I could give a zero star rating I would. The Manager Carl is disgusting and very rude. I ordered and was standing in the store with my children to eat our food. Granted there is no dine in right now but it’s Walmart so standing there isn’t hurting anyone. I am a woman with two small children. He got up in my face and I asked him was he going to hit me. He was yelling in my face to get out in front of my kids. I’m shook up and very disturbed with this whole situation. Called guest services and got hung up on by them. Will probably never spend my hard earned money with any Burger King again my life. This was a terrible experience.

I put in a door dash order and when it was delivered the large fries were missing and they gave me a large regular coke instead of a diet coke. The onion rings I ordered on the side were with my whopper. Door dash is giving me a six dollar credit but I have to use it for another door dash order. It is not refunded to my card. They didn’t include a regular receipt so I don’t have the store number to complete the survey on their website. If there was a zero stars this Burger King would have received it.

Worst customer services so far in 2022…the host(Becky)was super rude whit the customers…she was rude whit the other employes and it was obvious that she had preferences whit some of them…Becky is making from a good place a bad experience…Becky shouldn’t be working if she doesn’t know how to co-exist…09/19/22 …2:31 pm BAD HOSTING

the only reason I gave a one was because the gentleman who cashed me out was nice. watched a manager making food while playing on her phone. she dropped food on the phone and looked to see if she was being watched. was disgusted. asked for a refund immediately and called corporate!!

Everytime I come here it takes almost 30 minutes to get food, we’ve already learned to order our food then go shopping come back in 20 minst’s so slow.
