This review is based off of several experiences because this BK happens to be on my way to work .Everyone there looks miserable and half the people there are rude . Almost every time I go there the food is made incorrectly or taste funny. Most of the people there look like they’re in there 40s and 50s and you’d think they could handle smiling and making a burrito or a sandwich properly but it saddens me to say that’s not the case at all .

The drive thru didn’t give me a drink or onion rings. When I went inside to get my missing food, I got a half filled onion ring and no drink. The store manager or maybe the owner was in the store at the time. She overheard the issue but walked away. The woman at the front didn’t make eye contact and just passed me the half filled onion rings. Then walked away. I only get half an hour for lunch, and 20 of it was spent trying to get what I paid for.

When getting around to the first window I was told to wait another approximately 10 mins at the back window when no one was in front of me while the back cashier was talking bad about different t customers.
