I sat there for 10 mins and then we pulled to the window and nobody would still not come to the window they would look at you. The wait time in the drive thru was literally 30 mins. Trapped with no possible exit. Sat at the order box for a solid five minutes plus, just to be acknowledged. Just ridiculous. That being said, it was probably the freshest, best put together and excellent food I have EVER had from any BK, anywhere. So five stars for that, and that alone.

The service was acceptable, but they should mention that they are out of cheese prior to taking payment and serving the food. We had to go back to the counter to complain before he, (possibly the manager), admitted it. This isn’t a good business practice, but I doubt they care.
