Weds Aug 30th 515pm I am a long time resident and this BK had been at the bottom of my list until tonight …. Excellent staff greeting and customer service by a very friendly cashier Sharon and the manager Darius. He kept the staff hustling and on task whether it was food related or mait. Very clean inside restaurant and even the parking lot was well maintained and green less all those birds that used to attack me for fries. Nice atmosphere tonight by Darius and crew … Moving this up on my fast food fix list for sure..

I had been wanting a whopper for a long while so I went to my local BK to enjoy one, the ladies in the front were nice but that’s about it. The order was totally wrong and when it was finally corrected it was the worst food I’ve had in a while, there was no love in the sandwiches they were just slopped together. I threw most of it away and unfortunately I had a hours long stomach ache. Avoid at all costs.

I don’t have an issue with the cashier since she is only doing what she was told from her boss and her boss follows corporates ruling, but to not get just one extra ranch dipping sauce, after I spent $40 there, is absurd. I will definitely not be going back. The issue with the place is that I NEED to tell them ill wait for fresh food or else I would have gotten luke warm food. I told them i would wait for fresh nuggets and they came out fresh, but the whoppers and fries were barely warm. I dont understand why someone would be ok with sending out warm food hot food. It was not busy either. I was the only car that showed up.
