Made a mobile order and had a separate order at the speaker as well and they made us go through the drive through a 2nd time and wait in line again to pick up the mobile order. The mobile order was only 1 combo meal and my side order at the speaker was just a sandwich. This is ridiculous and such a waste of time. What a joke. Ill be going somewhere else for lunch from now on if they want me to make multiple circles around the building just to get 1 sandwich and a combo meal. Get it together Burger King.

Lady taking the order was argumentative – over something I’ve always ordered and was still showing on their menu. According to her it needs to stay on the menu because some burger kings still have it and it’s been “years” since they had them at this location… With the way she was acting it seemed as if they never had it at a Burger King ever and I was crazy for asking. I don’t care if you don’t have it anymore but put a sign up saying it’s no longer available if you don’t want people asking you about it.
