I don’t know what the deal with drive through people these days. We are on a road trip and the past few drive through a (sbux excluded) have had very quiet cashiers who only give one word responses. The nuggets were spongy and the burger was meh.

Makes absolutely no sense. Paid for my order then proceeded to the 2nd window. Then they asked me to wait at the wall between the 2 Windows? I don’t they liked my music but when I asked i was ignored and asked to pull back ? Never in my life have I been asked to do this. I got a refund and left.

Came in around 10:00pm to get something to eat in the dining room and was told to leave because they were “closed”. (Sure, kinda weird that the door was unlocked and all the lights were on, but I get it) Then was refused service at the drive through, despite them clearly still taking orders from other cars.

The new building is nice. The food is good (for fast food). The employees have been kind and helpful. It just takes a bit longer to get food. Maybe that is because they just got the new building, it will get faster with time :). I use the app and/or coupons that come to my mailbox, so the price is right!

I visited the location today at 9.00 pm and it was empty. The service guy first was not at the front desk and we had to wait for 5 minutes. Then the service was fast, friendly and ok.

This BK rarely gets your order right. They have left off fries or onion rings, make your burger plain without requesting it. 3 out of 4 times my order has been wrong. This is convenient to my drive home but I will not go back.

Today I tried ordering 5 French toast thru the drive thru window. Every time I said 5 sticks she talked over me. On the third try I just drove to the window. She told me I never ordered. I said I tried to order 3 times and you talked over me. She then yelled at me. My voice never rose. Please listen when a customer is speaking and never never yell at a customer. I didn’t get a receipt. I tried to call and get her name and the person answering the phone picked up and hung up twice. She’s a short older lady with dark hair. She wears a vest and a white shirt. As a customer I can make other choices of restaurants.

Sometimes my french toast are double fried which makes them too crunchy. I learned to specify that they are to be freshly dropped and left down a few more seconds longer than its usual timer. Anne is a delightful cashier on my weekday early morning visits.
