This place deserves a better rating, simply for the hard work the store manager Katie puts in everyday. This place shouldn’t even be open right now as they are fighting a number of store issues, to include 2 brand new employees. However, that doesn’t kill her attitude and she is the glue to this place. Hard workers are becoming harder to find and she single handedly is keeping this place afloat. As you can see in the pictures, the roof is leaking, the TVs damaged, and the soda machine broke. Stop by and observe and you’ll see what I mean.

The worst! I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches at 2 for $5. Clerk rang up 2 at 2 for $5 and the other 2 at $4.19 each. Total of $13.38. I told her she was wrong and she couldn’t figure it out. Called over the manger and he told her she rang it up wrong. Grabbed 80 something cents out of the cash and handed it to me. Told him he was still wrong to which he advised me rudely that he does this all day long and he knows what is correct!?!.

We got there shortly before 8:30 p.m., all the parking lot lights were already turned off. We pulled up to Ashton if they were open, and the response was yes we’re getting ready to close. My question was why do you have the parking lot lights off already? Isn’t that a safety concern? Food was mediocre, got french fries instead of onion rings as we had ordered. Steph was very nice though. Can’t fault them for that.

Avoid this store if you can. The dining room is locked 99% of the time that I’ve gone there and the drive thru will tell you that there’s a 10 minute wait or longer. If your craving Burger King go to the store on Indiana Ave as they are much better staffed and actually seem to care about getting their products to their customers. The manager of this store really needs a wake up call maybe she needs her walking papers.
