I can’t really complain about the speed of the service. It was OK. The taste of the food was average for Burger King. The size of the burger as shown in the picture is extremely small for the price. I also ordered a vanilla shake, which just seemed like a cup of soft serve ice cream. I asked if they were sure it was a shake, and she said yes. I will never purchase a shake from Burger King again because it definitely just seemed like a cup of soft serve, very plain and blah tasting.

Honestly, cheaper than McDonald’s has become my favorite fast food for the price, I highly recommend the chicken king for a healthier meal, and you can’t beat the frozen Coca-Cola, I go here at least once a week for a quick meal, always a shorter line compared to McDonald’s.

I stopped here to get a quick bite to eat they had a two for five deal on the junior Whoppers. I got two bacon and swiss Junior Whoppers the bread and everything off of them and put them together and made me a double bacon and swiss it was delicious. Sorry it took me so long to order at the drive-thru I couldn’t make up my mind what I wanted at first.. thank you for the great food and the great customer

Nothing works here and the manager needs a class in friendliness service towards customers. The girl at the register was apologetic about everything that wasn’t working. I know it wasn’t her fault, but that manager hung her out there with no help. We tried to use the burger app for rewards. Manager looks over her shoulder and was like yeah that doesn’t work, and walks away. Wipes her hands clean of us.

The manger there has absolutely no people skills. She just looks at you when you walk up. The messed up on my order. she looked down at me when I putting my order in for my family yes I order alot of food but I was ordering for my family. And something tells me that she don’t train people either becasue instead of explaining how to do something or show them how to do something she take a girl by her shoulders and moves her and complains about something ot being done right.

This is usually the best Burger King in the area. But on my visit on 4/7/18, the service was really slow. The cashier acted like she didn’t want to be there. Orders were very slow to be filled. Orders were getting mixed up. Mine was given to someone else and they had to make it over so I was 20 minutes from paying to when my food came out.

Very bad attitude and poor service. I wish I could give 0 stars. This lady just argued with me at the speaker in drive thru. She didn’t even ask me for my drive thru code from the Burger King app. Thought I was talking about a coupon smh. Never again I will not be back.

Wife ordered a chocolate milkshake and got a strawberry. She also ordered her whopper with no onions. When she took the burger up to have it remade the lady in the kitchen just took the onions off and rewrapped it. My wife asked for it to be remade and the lady in the kitchen said “well that’s what you get”. My wife asked for a refund then and was told she would have to wait for a manager. When the manager came up to the front 5 minutes later she said she couldn’t just refund us for the whopper she would have to refund the whole order and then ring it up without the whopper. She then said she could just go back and make the burger. She never apologized for the employee being rude and disrespectful and then acted like it was this huge ordeal to refund us the money. I have never felt like I had dumber people serving me food let alone a manager. Also every table in that place had some type us crumbs or stickiness on it and I had to clean a table myself to eat there. I will never go back to that Burger King and doubt I will go to any other one for a while if at all. This was also reported to the survey thing on the receipt.

The manager in charge is very rude .I called to ask her a question about an order I placed and she basically told me she didn’t have time to talk to me . I am a GM of a fast food place and I would never talk to someone like that let alone a customer.
