There’s no manager. I just left in tears because they refused to remake my food. I’m pregnant and we stood inside for 20 minutes and after 25$ I just wanted hot fries asked for a bacon cheeseburger, no bacon. Asked for lite sauce and it was covered. No one here speaks English and I will never come back here, never.

Shout out Luis at this location. Told us we got our pie when I didn’t . Then when we told him he also argued with us said that he gave is the pie, pretty much told us that we are lying and accused us of trying to get more pies (like it’s really that serious) and proceeded to tell us we need to check the cameras cause he is sure. I said ok let’s check the cameras and I can offer for you to look in my car. He said I have to talk to the manager the manager de escalated the situation but offer so many excuses for his bad service…..I get its burger King but at the end of the day, it’s paying your bills so don’t fire the kid how about you give the manage and the employees who had to take my order in Spanish proper training

No drive-through they cater to hispanics first, and I hate to even say this, but there were three other people in line with me, and none of them were Hispanic, and all of them got treated, rudely and served last even though our orders were placed 10 mins before them. Spoke to two men men sitting in the corner while I was waiting for my order, and they had been waiting almost 30 minutes! And while taking my order she was speaking Spanish I don’t speak spaiinish she then Charged me 299 for a bottle of Dasani, and then gave me tap water. This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to absolutely disgusting and racist.

My husband and I stopped here to get a bite to eat last night. We were impressed by the food quality! This is the first time in my life that I’ve been to a Burger King in my life that the food look absolutely great! Fries and onion rings were also fresh and hot! The only downside is the service wasn’t that great we stood at the counter for about be 10 min before even being greeted and there lobby was empty and not many cars in the drive thru! The lobby was very dirty with a lot of garbage on the floor and tables were very dirty and the soda machine out of ice!

i usually don’t write reviews but this place was completely agitating… i walked into the restaurant…stood there for literally 10 mins, was never acknowledged or told “we’ll be right with you” the cashier kept standing next to the drive thru wirh the manager, they would look over but then turn away like they didn’t want to serve me, only talking in Spanish and helping those in the drive thru and whom had already ordered… felt like they were completely disrespectful and rude…

Thought how convenient to have burger king next to the laundromat. Walked over to grab some food. The lady working at the drive thru even looked at me. Doors are locked to lobby. That’s strange to have lobby locked at lunch on Monday. Give zero stars if I could.
