Just a little heads up for anyone wanting to work here. Don’t. The turnover rate here is the worst I’ve saw. This company does not care about their employees. As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere is negative and dark. There are a few managers at this location that are the cause of the horrible turn over rate, as they are energy vampires. This location has very little hope because higher-ups refuse to fix the manager situation. No free meals here and they make it a big deal to even get a discount. You won’t get a break either because they don’t treat their employees like humans. Good luck to anyone that wants to try working here . It’s literally the worst place I have ever worked at. And Good luck to Burger King. Maybe if you get rid of your assistant manager, the store could blossom.

This Burger King location was the best one around until our experience yesterday. We ordered a single whopper meal and a double whopper meal. The first was requested to have lettuce, tomato and mustard with no cheese. The second was as it comes with extra mayo. When the order was ready the sandwiches were made wrong and returned to the counter. After waiting at least 10 minutes they were remade. The single whopper was correct but the double was wrong- again. They got it right on the 3rd try. Have it your way? Sure if one has 20 minutes to wait.

The worst service you will ever receive. One woman is amazing but the rest would rather have conversation and getting personal items for other coworkers than attending to a customer. Drive thru is a joke but the only way to get attention…and wait!!!! I’m not ready for you yet is what you hear not welcome to BK! As a fellow food service worker….shame on you for allowing this to go on…let alone the dynamics that are seen visible to the customers eyes. If it wasn’t the only burher place around, I would never go back.

My first visit to this burger king. I went through the drive thru it was fast and the food was hot when I got home, I live in Leesburg. They’re my go to when I want a double whopper, just wish they had Pepsi, I had an ice coffee which was great.

Clean, kind, and fast. I went in for lunch and even after the rush the restaurant was clean. Employees stayed busy cleaning and making sure customers where satisfied. The manager even jumped in to help the employees take care of the customers. It took less then a minute for my food to be prepared (yes, I watched them make it). Not some food just sitting waiting to be sold, it was fresh. I’ll be back here. All I look for in a fast food restaurant: fast, clean, kind, and FRESH.

Whole store was dirty. Almost as dirty as the mouths of the employees. For the 4.5 mins I stood at counter waiting, the employees were group in the kitchen talking very loudly with lots of profanity, and when they came up to front for my order, more profanity… unacceptable. 7am and the tables were all dirty??? really?

Recently, there is a long wait for breakfast. When people visit your restaurant between 6-7 am, usually they are on their way to work and the delay is like OMG. Today, I arrived at 6:50 am and was told they could not serve me today. I don’t understand why this is happening especially if you open at 5 or 6 am.

I pulled up at 9:30 pm to the lobby because I drive a commercial vehicle. I get out. I approach the lobby doors. Cuz that’s what you do when you’re an adult and want a sammich. The door was locked. They were Closed.. at 9…30…pm.
