Girl at the window was going to short us our drinks; she closed the window and Ignored us so we waited and someone finally came back to window and we asked for them. Don’t know why, but we thought we’d give the newly remodeled BK a try. Took 3 times to get a bacon double Cheeseburger that was really a bacon double Cheeseburger. First time was a single with bacon. Second time was a double, no bacon. Third time was right but cold. I must say the staff was sincere about getting it right. Kudos to them for trying. But the food looks nothing like and is nothing like the commercials and printed ads. Back in the day, it used to be. For shame corporate America. Where has your pride gone in your products?
