I tried to use the drive through waited for about 2 minutes and no one said a thing so I said hello no one still said anything I also had my dog in my truck so now I had to park and then go inside an order to which is met a girl who I thought had some type of mental issue because when I asked he why she couldn’t respond she said because of something going on in the store and said it with the lowest tone that I couldn’t even hear her and her name is Mia her personality came very unusual she doesn’t seem like she should be doing drive through she should just do the French fries and then I had to get my dog because it was taking to long and I knew he was hot so I brang him inside for 2 minutes to get my food and the white woman told me I couldn’t have dogs inside and I wanted to yell at her so bad to tell her if you didn’t have an idiot doing the drive through I wouldn’t have to bring my dog inside (food still good though) people who work there probably used to be special Education

This is not the only location I have had with Burger King lately with this issue. LOL… I’ve been patient and understanding on multiple different occasions with this location, we go atleast once a week for some breakfast sandwiches.. it’s drive thru food so I don’t expect the best BUT they play games and think no one’s going to notice. It happened multiple time just with us so I’m sure many others. I ask if they still have bacon egg & cheese (I made it at the last minute) and they say yes. Okay give me 4 bacon egg and cheese. If I can give this location Zero stars I would. Whoever is working the evening shift today (10-9-22) needs to be fired asap. So disorganized, took forever to get our food from the drive thru lane literally 30 minutes. Then when we finally get our food, it’s completely wrong.
