When do the drive-through ordered a whopper Junior meal with onion rings no onions, no pickles. No tomatoes. Ended up getting a whopper. Junior cold like it. Came out the freezer and everything I didn’t want on it. Onion rings were cold but at least they were crispy. I couldn’t turn back around because I was on a 30 minute lunch, but will never go back again. People had a great attitude but the food was horrible spent over $10 for lunch I threw out.

Overall, this BK restaurant is good. They have a massive drink selection similar to what AMC has – a touch screen dispenser that gives you plenty of options plus flavor accents like lime, vanilla, grape and strawberry. Included are Coca-Cola, Minute Maid, Brisk, their exclusive drink, Surge (lime flavored), and for a limited time they are selling Sprite Lymonade Legacy. Other fast food places don’t have that big of a variety. I keep coming back to this one.

Bad service, bad wait times, and cold, hard food that seems like it sits under a heat lamp for too long is what I get every time I go for breakfast, lunch, or dinner lately. This is not the only location I have had with Burger King lately with this issue. Convenience of location is the only reason why I have been trying to give them a chance after chance, but my business will go elsewhere for now on.

If you want to call and complain about your order you can’t at this location. when you try calling it goes straight to a voice-mail that’s already full …My order was completely wrong but didn’t notice until I got home I spent $30 at this location getting breakfast and apparently they where out of hashbrowns and coke so instead of telling me that they gave me 1 1/2 hashbrowns when I was supposed to get 3 and 2 DIET cokes instead of COKE ..Will NEVER visit this location ever again and I suggest you do the same…

Stopped in last night to try the impossible burger! Huge fans of cooking them at home on the grill or stove top… There was at least 7 cars in the drive-through and 3 others inside including myself which I thought was a lot for 9:30 at night…. They close at midnight… Food came out fairly fast but we still had a few minutes to enjoy the industrial style design on the inside… Our food was good but the customer service is definitely lacking, a lot of loud personal conversations and insults being traded back and forth… I’m not a frequent fast food person so perhaps this is the norm, but if I’m rating them on food it was good and accurate

States that they close at 12, was at the drive thru at 11 and ignored for 15 minutes. Employee outside taking out the trash made eye contact with us and didn’t have the decency to tell us they were closed.

Place was clean, but waited for my food. They seemed to cater to the drive thru more then the people standing in front of them. What can you say for a fast food place, not much.
