Pulled up to drive through 20 minutes before closing and ordered a whopper and fries. The lady took my order and then a guy got on and said “sorry we’re all out of food”. I had traveled all day and wasn’t buying his story. Eventually got my burgers and fries. It seems that lately these folks think they are doing us a favor selling us a burger and fries for $9. I sent a letter to corporate and, of course, no response.

Ordered 2 items price sounded off but who am I to know their prices only got 1 item and it wasn’t something I ordered at all. Not overly thrilled I had to wait 10 minutes in the parking lot for the drive through to get the wrong food. This is the second time I have had to sit in the parking lot for a small order that wasn’t specialized in anyway. Staff was nice which is why they didn’t get 1 star.

Unfortunately what I have to share is a negative experience from tonight 05/18/2020. I got to the drive through, it was 9:40pm, and there were two associates in the building that I was able to see and neither one of them bothered to acknowledge me. I drove up to the window both of them were standing right there by the window (all I wanted at that time was to ask them if they were opened) yet, they rudely ignored me looking away as if I wasn’t there and the lady said to the younger gentleman at the register (I don’t have time for this and I’m not taking anyone). That was so unprofessional (all they had to do was politely inform me that they were closed) if that were the case and that is when I drove off shocked.

What’s the worst customer experience that I’ve ever received in my life! The team member was rude literally screamed obscenities at me and then on top of it all tells me you ain’t getting SH…! Tried getting in touch with corporate. Of course no one was there. I emailed them. Nobody has gotten back to me I’m here and then McDonald’s here we come.
