First thing I smelt when walking in with my family was burnt oil. Was waiting and never even greeted or told be right you. Employee walked away as I approached the counter. Very dirty inside with sticky floors and filthy bathroom. Go somewhere else. Saw enough and left after a couple minutes.

Burger King on Skyland blvd is horrible the food and the workers. We asked for ketchup and she let me know that I should have asked for it before she rang my order up. Then she said that she would have to charge me for the packs of ketchup. The food is nasty as their attitudes. I refuse to ever go back and I will be telling everyone about that location and employees. I would not recommend anyone to go there,order online or go thru the drive thru. My orders usually are not right. I have to get out and get it straightened out. The general manager should come in there fire everyone,shut it down and have it professionally cleaned and sanitized and hier new employees.

Very slow service and extremely rude employees who after giving us the order continued to be very hateful and rude as well as entire staff stood talking about us to each other and not quietly either. All we had done is looked at the menu decided what exactly we each wanted and proceeded to order we got 2 chicken fries combos one spicy and one regular. A big fish combo and 2 your way meal deals and asked to add a medium drink to them. The cashier snapped back at us that it didn’t come with a drink to witch we replied I know can I please add one.

The service was good and the staff was friendly but my food came out COLD, my fries were unsalted and the cheeseburgers I ordered were all mini sized instead of regular and on top of that the fires tasted a little funky. I don’t plan on ordering from here anytime soon!!

This Burger King is mediocre. It has slow service and poorly maintained facilities, but served good food and had friendly employees. The food is a bit pricey, but the burger I got was filling. It took around 10 min to get our food and we we’re 2 of 4 customers inside and the drive through was not busy either. There were also pieces of lettuce and trash on the serving counter. This location needs some attention from corporate.

I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh the food is here. The dining room and bathrooms were very clean, and the service was fast and friendly. I had the impossible burger and it was nice and hot and the veggies were crisp and fresh.

Me having a health issue (can’t eat sesame seeds) which most of the burger buns come with. They are very understanding and will sub a brioche bun. Anyways it’s still awesome to enjoy a whopper. Also I’m not sure if it’s advertised but they offer family meals at a great value especially if your buying for a family of five.

I’m staying at the hotel in walking distance to this location. Drove my car through the drive thru and Trimiachel answered the speaker, ” Thanks for choosing BurgerKing we are only accepting Doordash orders!” He’s a terrible member of this establishment and clearly not invested in the company. Go to the one on McFarland there super professional and fast!
