Ordered our food and we had a minimal wait . We were asked to pull forward . We did not receive our onion rings and also did not receive any napkins inside our bag. When you order over 30 dollars in food it’s nice to receive a few napkins for the road. We were traveling out of state and immediately back on the road only to notice the carbonation in the diet soda was flat . The other sodas were fine .

Nice young lady took my order. It was staffed nicely and I watched the young man making the burgers meticulously build and wrapped it. He definitely took care in preparation. Food tasted very good. The only downfall to this location was that it had a roof leak, which in turn leaked onto the floor and there was standing water all over the floor. The staff had put up a sign to be carefully of the water, but attempt to mop it up. It was very warm in the building, so they had fans blowing on the people behind the counter.

I never leave reviews, however, my experience was horrible. Bathrooms were disgusting with flies everywhere. The employees were extremely unhelpful and rude. Service was slow and we were the only customers. Staff was not interested in doing their job.

Rude little girl at the front counter, manager randomly left and the 2 remaining employees were talking orders but no one was making the food after 10 mins customers were asking for refunds but the manager that left had taken the manager card to do refunds so they had to wait 30mins to get their money back, one of the customers asked for ice cream instead of her food or money back and they gave it to her but 5 mins before when I ordered they said the ice cream machine was broken. 2 customers left without their food or refunds, I understand things can go wrong but what made everyone mad was that the employees didn’t even care

Food was actually disgusting and I almost threw up halfway into eating my sandwich. Bathrooms were heinous and there was a giant beetle in the stall with me. Took at least 30 minutes to get my food because the staff was wandering around procrastinating taking our order. Do not eat here it was such a waste of money. Horrible service and especially for a place that doesn’t get that many customers.
