If the staff speaks and that’s a big IF, they won’t great,thank, or acknowledge that you chose to come there. I’m in retail I understand customers at times are difficult but not all of them. I was taught smile and Welcome and Thank the customer everything. Not asking for anything special or them to go above and beyond but at least be nice.

Seems every time I give BK another chance, they just keep disappointing me. Drive-through service and staff were just fine here, but the chicken biscuit was quite bad. It’s some sort of factory-formed thing. Should have taken the hint from the regulars. The drive-through line at the Hardee’s next door was around the block. BK line was empty. Now I know why. Sad to see BK decline. They were a childhood favorite.
